Affiliate Seller is a collaborator who shares a link to introduce the product or website of Skin365 to customers.

When a customer clicks on your link and generates a valid order, the system will record that order for you and plus commission according to current policy.

1. How to register to join Affiliate Seller

To start, you need to have a shopping account at Skin365 registered with a zalo phone number.

Then go to registration link and fill in all the information:

1. Full name
2. Email
3. Date of birth (from 18 years old)
4. Address
5. Valid CCCD
6. Bank account information

Finally confirm acceptance of collaborator terms to complete registration.

2. How to calculate Affiliate commission

Commission is calculated for each product in the application, then added up to the total amount you receive.

Commission on each product includes:

1. Basic commission
2. Extra commission (additional bonus)

5. How do Affiliate cookies work?

Cookie duration: Cookies have a duration according to system configuration (default = 7 days, can change depending on Affiliate policy from time to time). That means, if a customer clicks on your link today, then returns to make a purchase a few days later, the order can still be recorded for you (if the cookie is still valid).

Cookies can be replaced: If the customer later clicks on someone else's Affiliate link, the new cookie can overwrite the old cookie. Therefore, only the closest referrer will be charged the commission.

6. When is the order counted for you?

Case 1: Customer buys from your link - Customer clicks the link, cookie is valid and order is successful.

Case 2: You buy yourself using an activated Seller account.

7. When does the money go into the Seller's wallet?

The commission does not go into the wallet immediately after the customer places an order.

4. After 03 days there are no returns
5. Waiting for control check
6. Operations department approves commissions
7. System adds money to wallet Seller
