3. Personal Data storage period:

Unless the law does not allow deletion, Personal Data will be stored until (i) there is a request to delete from the Customer, or (ii) Skin365 has completed the purpose of processing Personal Data agreed by the Customer under this Policy, or (iii) Skin365 considers that storing Personal Data is no longer necessary for Skin365's operations, whichever comes first. first.

After receiving the Customer's request, Skin365 notifies the Customer to consider the limitations, consequences, and damages that may occur if the Customer's request is followed before implementing that request. In the event that Customer provides personal data of a Third Party (including but not limited to information of relatives, authorized persons, partners, contacts and/or other individuals) to Skin365, Customer represents and warrants that Customer has obtained consent from the Third Party to provide such information. The Customer is solely responsible to the Third Party for the use and provision of information by the Third Party.

9. Cookies and other tracking technologies

9.1 When Customers use or access Skin365's websites/mobile applications/services, Skin365 may place one or more cookies on the Customer's device. “Cookie” is a small file placed on the Customer's device when the Customer visits an electronic news site. 10. General terms:

Skin365 has the right to edit and update this Policy at any time when necessary, the update will be published on the System and will be dated so that Customers can know the latest version.

IF CUSTOMERS DO NOT AGREE TO ALLOW SKIN365 TO COLLECT AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY, PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT/STOP PURCHASING, CONSULTING OR GIVING ANY FEEDBACK REGARDING PRODUCTS, GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER SKIN365'S SYSTEM. THIS MEANS THAT SKIN365 WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY GOODS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THE SYSTEM TO CUSTOMERS EXCEPT THAT CUSTOMERS ARE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM USING THE BASIC FEATURES OF VIEWING GOODS AND SERVICES.
