When registering to participate in Skin365's Affiliate Marketing program, you are understood to have read, understood and agreed to all of the terms below. Skin365 encourages you to take the time to carefully review the content to ensure your rights throughout the journey.

1. Explanation of terms

1.1. Skin365

Is the unit that owns, manages and directly operates the Affiliate program, website, application and related sales platforms.

1.2. Affiliate Partner / Seller

Is an individual or organization that registers to participate in the program and is reviewed/approved by Skin365. After approval, Partners can introduce Skin365 products through the Affiliate link provided by the system.

1.3. Affiliate Link

Is a link that contains the unique identifier of each Partner. The system uses this code to identify referral sources and record commissions when valid orders are generated.

1.4. Cookie Tracking

Is a mechanism to help the system remember the referral source on the customer's browser or device after clicking on the Affiliate link.

The default cookie duration is 7 days, or can change from time to time and will be updated by Skin365 when necessary.

1.5. Last Click

In case the customer clicks many different Affiliate links before making a purchase, the commission will be recorded for the last valid link before the time of placing the order.

1.6. Valid / successful order

An order that fully meets the following conditions:

1. The customer has successfully received the goods
2. Full payment of the order value
3. No cancellation
4. No refunds/exchanges exceeding the policy
5. No signs of fraud fraud
6. No dispute requiring revenue or commission recovery

1.7. Net value

Is the order value used to calculate commissions, usually including:

1. Product value after valid discounts

And does not include:

1. Shipping fee
2. COD fee (if any)
3. Free gifts
4. Voucher self-funded by Partner (if any)
5. Other special fees/taxes (if incurred)

Skin365 can adjust the way to determine Net Value according to each specific program can.

2. Participation conditions

To become an Affiliate Partner of Skin365, please meet the following basic conditions:

2.1. Age

From 18 years old or older; or

There is a legal guardian who agrees and is responsible according to the law.

2.2. Valid account

You need to have a valid Skin365 account and provide complete information when requested:

1. Full name
2. Phone number
3. Email
4. CCCD/verification documents
5. Own bank information
6. Other information for the purpose of implementing the Affiliate Marketing program

2.3. Media channels

Have at least 01 media channel or operating platform such as:

1. Facebook
2. TikTok
3. Instagram
4. YouTube
5. Website
6. Blog
7. Community Group

Skin365 will consider overall channel quality, content relevancy and actual engagement, not just based on the number of followers.

2.4. Appropriate channel content

Subscribed media channels do not contain:

1. Objectionable content
2. Fraudulent
3. Spam
4. Violation of the law
5. Malicious/distorting content
6. Counterfeit goods, gambling or adult content

2.5. Right to refuse

In some cases related to brand safety or operational risks, Skin365 has the right to refuse or suspend review of applications.

3. Operating principles

3.1. Create Affiliate link

Seller actively logs into the system to:

1. Get default link
2. Create product link
3. Create campaign links

Skin365 recommends only using system-generated links. Self-edited, misstructured or fake links may not be recognized.

3.2. Order capture

The system may use a variety of factors to determine referral sources, including:

1. Cookies
2. Session
3. Device/IP
4. Click log
5. Anti-fraud data
6. Other internal information

3.3. Technical limitations

In some cases such as customers deleting cookies, changing devices, using private mode or browsers that block tracking, recording may be unexpectedly affected.

3.4. Final decision

In case of data conflicts or suspicions of fraud arise, Skin365 will conduct a review and make a final decision.

4. Commission policy

4.1. Commission level

Commission may change from time to time based on:

1. Industry
2. Product
3. Sales Campaign
4. Seller Performance
5. Period Operations Policy
6. Brand sponsorship level at each stage

4.2. Recording time

Orders can go through the following statuses:

1. Processing
2. Waiting for confirmation
3. Waiting for commission approval

Commissions only become available income after successful approval.

4.3. Cases where commission is not calculated

Includes but is not limited to:

1. Application is canceled
2. Customer cannot be contacted
3. Full refund / exchange
4. Suspected fraud form
5. Internal test form
6. Application from internal personnel (if required)
7. Application for using discount code against policy
8. Self-purchasing large quantities of goods for profit
9. Application to exploit system vulnerabilities for profit

4.4. Adjustment / withdrawal

In case of detecting errors or fraud after the bonus has been added, Skin365 has the right to:

1. Re-adjust the commission amount
2. Deduct in the next payment period
3. Deduct wallet balance (if any)

5. Payment process

5.1. Payment conditions

Partners/Sellers need to meet:

1. Have a minimum balance (if required)
2. Accurate and genuine bank information
3. No policy violations
4. Not during risk check

5.2. Payment time

Normally 3 - 7 working days from when the payment order is approved. In some cases, the bank's processing is slow or falls on a day off/holiday, or exceptional cases may take longer.

5.3. Transfer fees

From time to time, Skin365 may apply:

1. Free transfer
2. Deduction of bank fees
3. Combine multiple payments into one payment

5.4. Incorrect payment information

If Seller provides incorrect information:

1. Account number
2. Account holder name
3. Receiving bank

Payment time may be delayed. Skin365 encourages Sellers to check carefully before sending a request to receive money.

6. Unpermitted Behavior

To build a transparent, healthy and sustainable collaborative environment, Skin365 does not accept the following behaviors. Depending on the level of violation, Skin365 has the right to warn, temporarily lock, terminate cooperation, revoke commissions or coordinate with authorities to handle in accordance with the law.

6.1. Fraud on the system

Including but not limited to:

1. Creating fake clicks, fake traffic
2. Using bots / automated software
3. Create fake orders
4. Buy and self-destruct
5. Using multiple accounts to benefit illegally define
6. Cookie stuffing
7. Hidden Redirect
8. Forgery of access source access
9. Taking advantage of system errors for personal gain

6.2. Trademark Infringement

Including but not limited to:

1. Fake official fanpage
2. Impersonate a Skin365 employee
3. Using logo for the wrong purpose
4. Creating a website/fanpage that causes confusion
5. Impersonating as an official representative of Skin365

6.3. False content

Including but not limited to:

1. Commitment to healing
2. Commitment to absolute effectiveness
3. Comparing defamatory competitors
4. Advertising against regulations of the cosmetics industry
5. Posting false information about prices, incentives, and policies books

6.4. Spam / bothering the community

Including but not limited to:

1. Spam inbox
2. Spam comment
3. Spam group
4. Sending illegal mass messages
5. Distributing links that cause trouble bear

6.5. Running unauthorized brand advertisements

Do not use advertising keywords related to:

1. Skin365
2. Minh Cosmetics
3. Other internal brand names

Without written approval from Skin365.

6.6. Violation of law or platform policy

Including but not limited to:

1. Acts contrary to Vietnamese law
2. Violation of third platform's advertising policy three
3. Infringement of intellectual property rights
4. Unauthorized collection of personal data

6.7. Conduct that causes general risks to Skin365

Includes but is not limited to:

1. Causing financial damage
2. Affecting brand reputation
3. Causing widespread misunderstanding
4. Creating mass complaints
5. Behavior contrary to the spirit of cooperation goodwill

7. Ownership of content & resources

7.1. Resources Skin365 provides

May include:

1. Banner
2. Product images
3. Video
4. Logo
5. Media content
6. The product is used for the purpose of experiencing, reviewing, and making media publications

Seller is used within the scope of Affiliate activities.

7.2. Not allowed

1. Misleading edits
2. Associated with objectionable content
3. Reselling resources
4. Unauthorized transfers

7.3. Self-created content

Sellers are responsible for all content they post or communicate outside.

8. Data security

Sellers please do not arbitrarily collect or use illegally:

1. Customer phone number
2. Customer email
3. Internal order information
4. Data from the system

Any data leakage or abuse may lead to account blocking and handling according to legal regulations law.

9. Temporarily lock / Terminate cooperation

Skin365 can temporarily lock or terminate cooperation if it detects:

1. Violation of program terms
2. There are signs of risk ro
3. Many complaints from customers
4. Not working continuously for 6 months
5. Photo negative impact on the brand

During the review period, the disputed commission balance may be temporarily held for review.

10. Change of terms

Skin365 may update from time to time:

1. Commission level
2. Cookie period
3. How to record orders
4. Payment policies
5. Operating regulations

Continuing participation after the update time means you agree to the new policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Skin365 always strives to operate the program stably and transparently. However, to the extent permitted by law, Skin365 is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of Seller's social network account
2. Sellers run ads themselves ineffectively
3. Links are blocked or restricted by the platform
4. Browser blocks cookies / tracking
5. Customers change devices, delete cookies, use private mode
6. Network error, power error, third-party infrastructure error
7. Bank / payment gateway interruption
8. Incorrect payment information provided by Seller
9. Natural disasters, epidemics, force majeure events
10. Legal changes affecting the program
11. Technical problems, maintenance or system upgrades
12. Risks beyond Skin365's reasonable control

Skin365 is also not responsible for the expected profits, expected revenues or business opportunities that Seller himself estimates.

12. Contact support

If you need support about the Affiliate program, please contact Skin365's official customer service channels. Our team is always ready to assist to the best of our ability.

13. Final commitment

When clicking Register to participate, Seller confirms that:

1. The information provided is truthful and accurate
2. Read and understand all terms
3. Agree to comply with Skin365 policies
4. Comply with applicable laws
5. Be responsible for your promotional activities throughout the participation process
